Great label choice for a variety of applications

These labels are great. As a small business, these labels come in handy for a variety of applications. All it takes is some creativity and experimentation. I use it as a label on my soap. I also cut it down a little bit to fit other labeling needs so having these on hand at all times really helps in putting together my brand. Don't stop making these! Very versatile. I will say, however, that the template is a little off. I was able to fix the template in my design software so it wasn't a problem for me. But I can see why others with less design know-how can get frustrated with the labels. If Avery could fix that, it would help others use the labels seemlessly.

Purchased to use as wrap labels on bath & body products, works perfectly for 8oz jars. Used on 4oz jars as well (not a perfect fit but does the job)

Love these labels

It did take me a few tries to format my labels, but I did use a picture and overlay text. The finished product is so beautiful and I use these for all of my products. I have received so many compliments on the texture and appearance of these labels. The stay true to color and the ink stays sharp. I am a huge fan and will continue to use these whenever I can!! Thank you Avery for making these!!

I thought when I couldn't find the template to for this it would be discontinued but you're still selling these with no template to match.

You can use the "View All Template Options" link on this product page or search for "8217" on our site to find the templates available for download. High Quality Avery Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These labels are high quality and definitely professional grade. They are perfect for labeling home-crafted merchandise or business marketing items. A great feature of these labels is their large size. There are only 5 to a sheet since they measure about 8 inches long and nearly 2 inches high, much bigger than I imagined from looking at the illustration on the package. These labels are made to stick permanently and won't curl or peel around the edges. I was able to write on their linen-textured matte finish with pencils, markers, colored pencils, and gel pens without any smudges. And, of course, they are printable when using the template on Avery.com.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ordered for wrapping water bottles for daughter’s wedding. Easy to pick a template. When loading sheets, one slipped and damaged spacing on two sheets. I recently purchased Avery address labels with the new gripper edges to insure programmed printing. These labels do not have this feature. Suggest loading one at a time. After my problem, this is what I did and completed the job without another issue.
