Not real versed to these thermal pouches but bought the thickest ones that were in the store at the time. They are a tad flimsy. I thought they would be just like an ID card but no. Plus when you run them through the machine they tend to curl ever so slightly. Will go with a thicker kind if the store sells them.

I purchased them to create ID sized name tags for work. I purchased 5mil so they would be sturdy. They laminated great but once a placed the holes with a hole puncher the laminate separated with a number of them. Was ok for my project.
