Used them a few times and they work as expected so far. It would be convenient if there was a carrier included in the packaging. I ended up using the heavy paper information insert as a carrier and it was sufficient but not perfect.

Staples Thermal pouch comes only in packages of 25. I wish one could buy a single sheet for thermal lamination. Overall it worked well with hot Iron at home. This pouch is little bit expensive but it works.
