Fast drying

I'm not sure what the description is, but I think it's for a highlighter. The color on this one is a bright, bold yellow that stands out in contrast to the white paper. This one came in a 2 pack and can be used for highlights and has a nice barrel that is easy for kids to grip if they want to color with it. It dries fast but can smudge on slick paper like poster board. I like them!

i used these growing up but i honestly will never buy this product mainly because they dry out so quickly. you could use these highlighters for a solid month and by the end of the month it's gonna be dry
