I print a LOT of presentations and manuals at work and many of them have to go into 3-ring binders. Thank goodness Staples sells 3-hole punched paper because otherwise I'd be punching hundreds or thousands of pages by hand. The only thing I would mention is that on some printers and copiers duplex printing can get caught up on the holes. Just watch out for that and you'll be fine. Also ensure that you place the paper correctly in the feeder tray so that the holes lines up correctly on the pages...

Good Paper for Legal Purposes

This is the most efficient punched paper I can find on the market but for years I have not received any special offers on this punched paper. I use it for preparing transcriptions for attorneys and the court. How about some special offers on this paper Staples' marketeers?

This 3-hole punched paper runs $3-$4 more than its non punched counterpart. No one wants to manually punch a ream of paper but at this high price you may be tempted.
