I use the different colors for certain projects in school. Pink for student info green for writing center etc.

This is convenient and easy to use with my young client's. I am able to keep track of their work and keep it together so when they are done with therapy they can take all of there work with them.

It is just nice to get away from the drab cream color once in a while. It helps to signify special files that I may need to find quite easily.
