thin rough paper - not the typical smooth stiff folder material open box to feel folder to determine if cheap folders will suit your needs

They're not for everyday use and that meets my need and expectation. I appreciate the option to not having to purchase heavyweight folders for lightweight use. It is most cost effective.

Price is fair and served my purpose for a mass filing project but compared to the touch feel and weight of other manila folders it felt thin and flimsy.
