For anyone who has multiple categories of items these are a must. Or if you have indivdual vendors or clients these make filing much more manageable.

We use the colored file folders to make fold-over presentation pieces by trimming off the tabs and cutting the remainder to the size of the material being presented. We place a "set-up" statement or question on the outside of the fold and on the inside of the fold we place the answer and/or "punch line usually a photograph (sometimes salacious in nature). We then provide these to our favorite bartender who uses them to entertain his customers. The fact that your file folders are made from high quality materials which have such rich colors definitely enhances the eye appeal of the final presentation. We have been doing this for about ten years and your folders are the best quality-for-price that we have encountered.

These folders are great quality at a very affordable price. They hold up very well and can be reused when you are done with them---just add a new label and you are ready to go. I have even used them as card stock when the edges get a bit frayed. All I need is my paper cutter. Use reuse reuse again and recycle!

I don't use these for filing. I use them for presentations in a fold over format with the "file folder" part trimmed off and a text "set-up" on the front cover and a humorous or ironic solution on the inside of the fold usually but not always a photograph. The variety of colors adds to the "eye appeal" of the resulting presentation and is coordinated to the color schemes of the text and/or the photo or drawing. Your colors are the best I have found. These presentations are used by my favorite bartender to entertain his customers.

Quality Product for Great Price

I use file folders to organize financial information for my parents and for my family. The 3-tab assortment gives enough room on the tab to write complete information without having to abbreviate. The 100 quantity box is adequate for about 1 year's worth of activity for the 2 households.
