Keeps me organized by color!

Being a Realtor I have so many files online and in paper form. These keep me organized by color coding. I keep each portion of my transaction with a large folder; however these color folders help me keep those portions/timeframes in order with the color coding. I know where my paperwork is located by simply opening the large folder and pulling what I need from the color designated folders. Perfect for what I need in this business. The Red Yellow and Green signify the normal stop light colors while the others are misc. items needed for the transaction. Keeps me on track for a smoother closing day!
