Staples file folders are good for average use. Have been using this produce for several years and are fine for every day and long term storage.

I have been using this particular product since I started my tax business. I depend them so much I get worried of my supply starts to get low lbs.

I divide them into three piles based on tab orientation then place them alternately. Then I use the Staples labels and with the Staples Handy clear file boxes creating business and tax files. I can easily locate anything I need in a heartbeat. I also scan anything of importance into my computer before filing just in case I need to forward it. But keeping the originals in files is a falesafe in case the computer has a failure. I always say back up your backups--'Cause you just never know.

Folders in color versus colored labels. The colored folders win hands down. And if they are available at the right price point - why would you buy anything else?

What can I say about these folders they are a great value. I am going to use these to re-do my files along with the hanging folders I also bought from Staples.

My ADD shows up in a difficulty to organize. The colored folders make it much simpler and more pleasant to do!
