textured. Older folders were smooth. These give the feel of being stronger and more absorbent however does take ink without wicking. I like the improvement.

I like the folders. As usual Staples branded stuff is of good quality. A little color is helpful. It catches one's attention when needed or desired. I will probably go with red the next time. I am enjoying bringing color to my world.
