I would recommend these. Not only for businesses but also to personal people because they can be used to keep their receipts and tax information. I'm an Accountant and am currently self-employed doing payroll for 2 businesses. So I use these to file my copies of each businesses payroll I prepare; payroll taxes; 401K filing info and my invoices to them and my bank statements and other things. I also use them to keep records of our personal tax info received and to be used when preparing our annual taxes. And I title this folder "Current Year Receipts" and keep it in a hanging folder.
