did make project a bit easier

i like this product alright. i am not head over heals for it. its a little pricy and it doesnt seem to work better than regular masking tape. it does remove easily but is really hard to apply to wall perfectly straight and then some paint stil leaked through. so i prob should have given less stars.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm in the process of remodeling my bathroom and wanted to do an accent wall with tone on tone stripes ( mat base and high gloss stripes) after painstakingly taping the areas making sure everything was strait it was time to paint, up to this stage , no problem, then it was time to remove the tape and I was ready to admire my newly painted wall....boy was I disappointed!! As I was CAREFULLY pulling of the tape all of my base paint came off with it !!!! Now I have to spend hours in redoing my wall!

Keeps paint colors separate, without sticking

I have only used this product a few times, but it worked well for me. Kept my colors from bleeding...and didn't pull paint off when removed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This strikes a perfect balance between being sticky enough to securely hold on a surface, yet easy to remove without either leaving a residue or taking off whatever it's adhering to.It won't let paint bleed through,excellent product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free from 3M and it came at the perfect time. Hubby picked up an old, wooden sled at a country auction - it needed some love.
I decided to paint the runners but needed to ensure I didn't get any paint on the old, dry wood. It took a while, but I sealed off all of the wood anywhere near the runners with this painter's tape. After 24 hrs, I removed the tape and was very happy to see that there wasn't any bleeding. Only the runners were painted and the wood retained its character. Thank you so much!
