These are a bit lightweight and can tend to crumple/sag under weight if stacked. We use them as single-use containers for lightweight items but I would want a heavier box for long-term storage particularly for heavy items such as documents.

We had to move all of the files in our file room. These boxes were a lifesaver. I bought 4 packs of 15 boxes. They are easy to put together and last a long time. I also use them to hold things in my trunk and at home. I've probably bought over 100 in the last few years.
