Great - Don't Stack too high

These file boxes work great for end of the year storage of your files as you go into the new year. Very easy to put together and use. Very easy to store before you assemble them since they take up very little space. Easy to write what you have stored in them so that you can find the information later. One thing though - be careful not to stack too many of them on top of each other. They do not have the strength to stack more than three as the sides of the bottom box begins to sag allowing the top boxes to tip over.

Basic Box does what it's supposed to do

Basic File Storage Box no surprises does what it is intended to do. Don't use for files you are going to access constantly it won't stand up to constant wear but great for keeping old paper records photos even crafts supplies in a neat and organized system. Organizes saves space and keeps things clean and neat. Great value for dollar.

Easy to assemble holds its shape through very rugged handling ang large weight contents. The lid is a plus and the opened sides (to grab) are additional pluses. Use them for everything.

Extremely functional product!

I have used Staples boxes for over 20 years and have introduced others to them as well. They are perfect for filing papers as well as for storing clothing or small items. The easy assembly and handle holds on the sides make them very handy to use.The white color is perfect for labeling. They are sturdy enough to be used multiple times for various purposes. They are long lasting. I am currently using approximately five hundred of them in my storage units. I stack them as high as nine boxes without any problems. They will crush however if you put too much weight on top of fairly empty boxes. Many of my five hundred boxes are very old and still holding! I would recommend them to anyone!

EXCELLENT BOX WITH MANY USES

I use these boxes for everything! They are study and just the right size for everything. The handles make them easy to transport. The size and shape allow for easy stacking and storing. They store nicely when new as they are flat and don't take much room in the basement. They are easy to assemble and the lid fits perfectly. I use them to store all my tax documents my warranties and guides all my computer software electronic cords printer paper old photos and frames all my light bulbs storage of anything that I'm not using or occasionally use and on and on etc. I love to be able to write on the outside of the box so when I stack I know exactly what I have and where to get it. When I clean a room I put stuff in these boxes from the room outside while I clean. You can load them up with light or heavy items and still carry them anywhere.

easy to assemble and great size. Good area of place to show contents. Handles need to be stronger. Good for the money and for purpose. For long term storage is ok.
