everything was great but 4 out of the 15 were defective and couldn't be folded. i did call customer support and they replaced them but it put me way off my schedule

Good basic storage.

The Basic Duty boxes work pretty well. they hold heavy loads easily. The lids sometimes come off or get bent out of shape. Longer lips down the sides would help.

I have been using these boxes for years. They are easy to assemble very sturdy and easy to store. I especially like to have uniform size when storing. I label each box and can find items easily.

Boxes put together in less than a minute and are sturdy enough to pack to the fullest. Great product to store last years documents.
