These boxes are easy to put together and are made of a good solid quality. They hold up when they are stuffed full. I have been getting them for several years and even the older ones seem to hold up in storage. They have been moved from place to place stacked upon and kicked around and are withstanding the abuse.

I purchased these boxes for my business and use them a lot. I do a lot of filing and I use these boxes to store old files and folders. They stack nicely and hold a lot of paperwork.

Banker boxes are best for storage

Each year when it time to box up our files for the past year and get files ready for the upcoming year I head to Staples and buy their storage boxes. Easy to assemble and sturdy they fit on a shelving for easy access if I need to go back and find a reference an old file. The IRS requires businesses to keep materials for seven years - what better way to store than this way. They are cardboard and have a place to write on - always put the year and what is inside - I use these for accounts payable accounts receivable an dour payroll records.

Staples Economy Storag Boxes

I was getting desperate to get some storage boxes to transfer last years files into them. My home office is a disaster with files everywhere. These boxes sure did come in handy. I needed boxes for personal home files and also boxes for my files for my Real Estate clients. My office is finally getting a little straightened up and I hope to finish it off sometime in the next 2 to 3 weeks. It's hard to do when there are so many personal and business interruptions taking place every day and I'm just not as fast as I used to be.
