Staples Storage Boxes

I buy the Staples brand storage boxes because they are better than the "Name Brand" less expensive and meet my needs for medium durability and mid-term storage. I would strongly recommend that unless you need to store something for a very long time that you only buy the the Staples Storage Boxes!

These file storage boxes are a great value for a low cost. They are easy to assemble and are sturdy and strong. They pile on top of each other without crushing. We've gone 10 high without a mishap. Will always purchase this brand from now on.

I bought these boxes for an internal move within our house. They are the perfect size to not get overloaded but yet were sturdy enough to handle anything we put in them. As we were using them I thought of all of the many uses that I need them for. The price point makes them affordable as well.

Staples® Economy Storage Boxes 10/Pack

These storage boxes have to be assembled and it will take you one or two box assemblies to get the hang of it. I had previously purchased another brand name box(Bankers Boxes) and these Staples boxes were cheaper when they went on sale so I thought I would give them a try. The box itself seems to have the same qualities as the Bankers Boxes and they are also cheaper and appear to have the same qualities. They appear to support one another when stacking them for storage. So I would recommend them.

Balances economy & doing the job.

These boxes suit my need very well for balancing economy with doing the job. I store standard files and folders that I will hopefully never need again but must keep for legal reasons. They stack well two or gingerly three high. I would NOT recommend any higher for papers or the bottom row may collapse.

The accountant reminded me that its better to keep files neatly arranged in banker boxes than to store them in regular cardboard boxes.
