Not paperless? Good storage option!

Our office is not completely paperless even though that has been our goal for several years. These boxes are easy to label and easy to identify. We have been ordering this smaller size for several years now because the office is mostly women and we can move the lighter weight boxes on our own without hurting our backs or calling on the men to help. The box is rated to hold up to 200 pounds but if you stack four completely full boxes the bottom one is going to eventually get crushed. Not sturdy enough for much movement once filled.

If you need strong sturdy long-lasting storage in the office or at home Staples corrugated file boxes are an inexpensive convenient solution. We’ve used them for years - and recommend them highly.
