These boxes are great for packing and storing many items not just paperwork. I do use packing tape on the bottom if I am putting heavier items in a box.

Fast & Easy to assemble. Built-in side handles are a great feature to have. Makes the boxes easy to lift. The fold-together lids make stacking the boxes possible and provide simple & fast access to its contents.
