It's difficult to get the lid off the box when assembling it...otherwise it's a box that works fine.

This is the second year in a row I have used these bankers' boxes for archiving the previous year's files. I like that they are easy to assemble are very sturdy and also that they are white so that the writing shows up from a distance.
