These boxes are very easy (simple) to assemble made of quality material and will certainly hold a ample quantity of files and/or other items that need to be consolidated for short or long term storage. If you make a mistake in the assembly it is easy to reverse what you have done and try again the material will stand up to your efforts. Additionally there are printed assembly - how to do it - instructions printed on the box material.

Functionals and affordable

These storage boxes have been extremely helpful as we archive personnel and financial files. As a small non-profit the modest cost enables us to store a large number of files in a most cost effective way. The biggest draw back is in assempbling the boxes. We found it challenging following the instructions. We are not rocket scientists but found putting together the box itself required more maneuvering than we would have liked. Regardless of this challenge we intend to continue using this brand for our storage needs.

Great Boxes - Reasonable Price

These are great boxes--I use them pretty extensively. They are easy to assemble (very clever design). The only deficiency in the design is how the handle flaps fold in--they don't folded up. This is fixed easily with a little packing tape wrapped through the handle hole and an around. This has the added benefit of strengthening the handle area--the weakest point of the design. My only issue is that they come in packages of 10. A package of 5 might be nice but then I would probably have to visit Staples twice since I really do use them quite frequently.

Only downfall is that if you fill up these boxes (like I do) the tops will cave in under the weight of the files. Also once you have them full don't try to move them much otherwise they will crumble apart on you. Recommend only filling them about 1/2 way then they work great!
