I have recently purchased these for storage of paperwork. The quality of this box is fair for being the economy line. They are a bit confusing to put together and I did alter the sides of the box in order to assemble it properly. The quantity pack of 10 that I purchased were also hard to carry in and out of the store. They were held by a single strap and hard to carry and have the potential of getting corners dinged and dirty.. If they were reduced and in shrink wrap that would be a whole lot easier. Would give this product a 5 out of 10.

just about right for the job

Good price relatively easy to assemble - though perforations are not always easy to separate thus it is easy to tear off the outer part of the cardboard if not VERY careful. This is not a huge issue though. I'd still rate them 5-stars as they function quite nicely for storage - EXCEPT for one glitch. The cover should be able to accommodate the approximately 1/2" extra width of hanging folders by some little extra bit of cardboard at the crease which would make them even MORE functional. It's far easier to leave files in hanging folders. But the cover won't fit/stay on/protect the contents if files are left in the hanging folders. This is the reason for the 1-star takeaway.

I've used these a number of times to store books and/or files and have also used them to move my office. They can be filled with books for moving. They are easy to assemble and have areas for notes about content.
