In the long run these boxes were a better value and much easier way to purge my files. I've used plastic bins in the past and they hold more and therefore are much heavier and cumbersome.

I have used these boxes for years because I can load them and CARRY the weight. I have used them for storage and for filling boxes to give to charity books clothes …They are easy to put together and to label using a marker on the lids to ID them. I buy and use them often.
