Not only great for file storage but they're great for moving. You can carry them well they stack well and they dismantle and fold up for the next time.

Simple and manageable

Use Staple storage boxes a lot for personal and business organization. Easy to stack on top of the other. As long as labeled well is easy to find what were stored in. Cost is economical however wish for a bit sturdier for not being able to reuse. Small enough to handle even when the box become heavy due to object weight. I also use these boxes for storing clothes fragile items like dishes when moving and for many other purposes.
