From good idea to worse performance

Ziploc seal top bags should make opening these bags a lot easier than other bags without the Easy Open Tabs. However, on almost EVERY one of these bags, the Easy Open Tabs broke off when opening the bag for the first time. Then the bag is almost impossible to open. Again...it was not just one bag but almost all of the bags that I purchased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ziploc Slider Bag Created a Disaster

So I put some potato slices in the bag along with some olive oil, zipped it closed and proceeded to shake the bag to distribute the oil when the seal on the bag broke lose and oily potatoes went flying all over my kitchen floor.

I have used Ziploc brand bags for years. I have been a loyal customer because the brand never let me down until now. I recently purchased a 32 count box of gallon sized slider bags. The bags are in the box zipped closed, as usual. The problem is that the sliderS will not unzip the bags. You have to separate the bags with your fingers. You can then zip the bags closed with the sliders, but you have to use your fingers to reopen the bags again...every single time. The entire box of slider bags has the same issue. It has the be a manufacturing error which concerns me. How many defective boxes are out there. I don't want to waste my money on another box of defective bags.
