They don't seal! So frustrating!

This is the first time I've bought them. I expected them to seal easily and I put soup in one to go in the freezer. Nope! I set it down and the soup came out. I'm going through testing each bag to find a few that will work to get my soup in the freezer. I will not buy these again!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using your bags for years, I love all of the new improvements until now. The zipper part tears apart. Your bags are expensive, I am on a limited buget and they are costly for me but I still buy them, please look into this problem
