We use these for our new tenant folder they are great for all the paperwork we need to give them. A nice place to keep all documents they need. Wouldn't use anything else.

The color was so vivid that I wanted to buy them but the ink powdered off on my hands as I loaded the folders for my students leaving my hands green!
