Look like a Professional

I use this folder as a Point of Sales Presentation which allows me to display color brochure price list and most important my business card. Customers will generally hold on to a folder with their important papers and my name is always there as a reminder where to return should the need arise. It is much more professional than just stapling a receipt to a hand-written explanation.

I love these simple items. The folder has pockets and a slot for a business card. I was able to set up my workshop with the items needed for each attendee and extras for them to take home and continue the work. The price was very reasonable making it worth getting them and setting them up with out breaking the bank. They look entirely professional. Just the impression I wanted to project to my students. I like the fact that it's paper but heavy enough to withstand the addition of the supplies. The colors are available to suit the needs of anyone. I preferred the white and the black myself.

Use these portfolios if you need a quick solution. If your presentation requires the utmost in quality materials do not purchase these. However they do fine at getting a basic job done.

For personal use they are fine. There is a nice sophisticated color selection. Unfortunately I got them for document presentations and they are okay for that. Only okay. They were hard to fit documents in and actually tore some trying to carefully open pockets enough. A couple were folded oddly and were not square. And they are a bit light. But the STAPLES embossed on the back was too tacky for presentation folder.
