They changed the product

The original product 13376-CC was a nice well made leather like material and looked professional. When you order the original 13376-CC they send you 13376 a cheaper paper product. It still functions but does not look as professional. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and they assured me they would send me the correct 13376-CC version. I was still sent 13376.

The pockets seem to be stuck and not very easy to insert the letters.

Staples was the only place I could find teal colored pocket folders. I ordered online and picked them up the next day. Exactly what I needed and was in and out of Staples in five minutes. This is not the first time I have ordered online and picked up at the store. I have no doubt that I will take advantage of this but online and pick up at store option again.
