Too much whi -- not enough bang!

Over all its a great tool. Very flexible range from letter to legal. Slide arm along the side is a little tight.

It is sturdier than a nearly identical one I bought at Office Depot but whose back brace (stand) kept breaking.

Clip isn't strong enough to hold up alot of paper. It is designed in a way that 8 1/2 x 11 paper doesn't sit on the bottom and fit under the clip at the same time so to hold the paper in the clip it has to hold it up in the air which it is not strong enough to do for very much paper. You could clip just the top page at a time and not worry about it.

WOULD BE GREAT BUT.....

THIS ITEM WOULD BE SO GREAT IF IT HAD A 1/2" LIP AT THE BOTTOM TO HOLD PAPERS ON. NORMALLY THESE TYPES OF HOLDERS HAVE THE LIP. I DON'T KNOW WHY IT WAS ELIMINATED. SOMETIMES YOU DON'T WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO CLIP THE PAPERS OR YOU NEED THEM LOOSE ON THE STAND SO YOU CAN SWITCH PAGES EASILY. WHY OH WHY DID YOU NOT HAVE A LIP ON THE BOTTOM?????
