I bought this product to keep my work paper in place and it does work for me. Actually I keep it flat on my desk or lap as I am using it for accounting purposes so the bar keeps me in line while scrolling down and entering numbers into my accounting software.

This is a device that helps me stay on target it keeps my work where I can see it and it does not get shuffled under my other work. It is sleek and it does not take up very much space and it has a clip that will hold my documents in place. It also has a magnified guide that will either highlight the area where I am working or it can be used as a ruler to keep me on target if I get distracted with phone calls or if I have to leave my desk. When I come in the next day I look to see what I have placed on it so I know what I have to get started on.

angle is adjustable for regulating the correct light. I can use this instead of hiring someone to sit in a chair and read me the fine print from statements. I loved the price...very reasonable. Thank you STAPLES for stocking this item in my local store on sale!

Handy item for typing up notes

This is a simple yet useful item if you do a lot of typing on your computer from notes or reference pages. The clip at the top holds your documents securely and the pageholder that goes across the bottom of the document is completely removable. The whole stand is very stable yet takes up little space from front to back.

This desktop copy holder has been great. makes it so much easier to read off of my spreadsheets when I'm typing and comparing tables to what is on my computer. It's heavy duty stays in its place and holds the paper in place very well. And the bar that holds the paper is a see-thru bar so you don't have to keep stop typing so you can move the bar. It's convenient and helps to improve production. I would recommend this product because it's functional and affordable. I am going to buy this for each of my employees.
