It works great. Only thing I can suggest is to put a lite on it at the clamp. I had to get a light that I could move in front of the papers to help see them with my old eyes.

Overall it does the job but should have some kind of mechanism to keep it from sliding apart-->flattening . A bit "pricey" for what I got!

Had one couple years ago and broke. Tried something new and that broke so I tried this again. The papers don't stay on the little shelf. They slide right off the stand. I don't use the clip since I'm constantly removing papers.
