Acts as a clipboard stand with adjustable angle and clear holder to keep paper in place and can read through it or move it up or down. The clip portion can be moved up to accommodate longer pages. The bottom of the stand comes with little pads for extra stability and won't scratch surfaces. Efficient and organized experience for online classes. Lightweight and easy to clean as well as super- easy to assemble with clear directions.

I love the copyholder for holding knitting instructions at the perfect angle for reading the instructions at a glance as I work on a project. The top clip holds the instructions securely in place and if necessary I use the bar to underscore the particular line of the instructions I am on. I'm sure it would be handy for holding any type of instructions--even recipes!!

Was not happy with my purchase of this item. Bottom is curved and not deep enough to hold a lot of papers. They continue to fall off. I would not recommend this product.
