I am on the Board of a non-profit companion animal organization People for Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) in Santa Fe NM. Communications - providing stationary business cards flyers is part of my responsibility. I use a lot of Staples templates as they are well made and cost a bit less than Avery Kodak etc. Staples Inkjet Matte 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 Notecards ( 100 pack) is my favorite Staples product. We use hundreds of them. I use them to create invitations to our events thank you's to our donors and much more. Several weeks ago I panicked when there were none on the shelf in your Zafarano store and the clerk couldn't find them on the her computer. She said they were most likely discontinued. Fortunately I went home checked out Staples on my computer and found the product - immediately ordered 300 cards and prayed this item would not be discontinued. Without this product it would be difficult to easily produce all the cards we need at a reasonable price. More folks need to know what a good product this is. They worked beautifully. I only wish that the outside wrapping showed a diagram of the notecards as other brands sell notecards in multiple sizes. A picture is a bit easier for consumer’s to understand versus dimensions.

The quality of paper is good takes the ink well and folds well. Only issue is that sometimes the cards do not want to separate well other times they come apart fine. The paper is smooth and bright and the colors come up true to the photo.

The packaging claimed these cards were compatible with similar Avery cards. They are NOT. I have used the comparable Avery cards and they feed perfectly through ALL my printers whether I amusing single-sided or double-sided printing. It was a battle to get these cards to feed. It was somewhat problematic to print the first side. However it was a major hassle to print the second side. I had to re-shape every sheet to try to remove the curl it acquired when the first side was printed. Even with that I could only load one sheet at a time. So again they are NOT compatible with Avery labels. If I had had the time to drive to other stores I would have gotten Avery cards. I would have returned these but I did not have time to hassle with it. I am in the middle of moving. I will never buy these again. I doubt I will buy any other Staples specialty media based on the performance of these cards. I do not feel I can trust the claims printed on the package.

Cheaper than the Avery brand but also lesser quality. Some of the cards were not perforated completely for easy separation. Printing quality was great.
