I've had older versions of this before. I need it for home paper storage. I can fit about 30-40 hanging file folders in it and about that many file folders so as not to weigh it down to much. I think the hinges need to be a little sturdier and this may not be viable for long term use. I use it for about 1-2 years and then swap out because the plastic wears down.

I have been treasurer of a number of small "not for profits". This little file tote is the perfect size to maintain financial records for a church group scouting group social group band booster or little league team. It is sturdy enough to last several years and supports standard hanging folders. There is a convenient little box for a checkbook built into the lid.
