The lid broke immediately and it’s very cheaply made

Like the top part on the cover - it has a place for pens and paper clips!

I wish it held a few more files but it suits my purpose. In lieu of drawers I have these totes under my desk for easy access to specific documents. It works well with hanging files!

I use these boxes for medical records so they are available at a glance in case of emergency. I have one for each member of the family. I do not keep financial information in them because even though there is a place to put a lock they could just be picked up and carried off. These are meant for non-security papers and are very good quality and roomy. I would recommend them for any files that do not need security storage.
