I went to Staples for a lightweight portable file for a charitable organization I belong to. This file helps me separate payments & receipts that I receive as financial secretary. It filled the bill - lightweight & portable to help keep me organized!

Is becoming a big help in organizing my 2022 financial transactions. Big enough to add my new documents small enough to move around. Off to a good start.

It is great to file store and carry hanging folders with documents. Also to store notebooks and other office supplies.

I have several of these totes I bought in previous years and the clasp was much better on those than the one this model has. It's difficult to get open and closed. I don't have too much hope for the clasps longevity.
