It's a good size for the folders I wanted to keep handy The latch is not very good. It seems work upside down from what I would think it should. It pops off when I try to unlock it.

This table top tote will be ample for this tax year's worth of receipts. I don't think the latch is stout enough for carrying the tote around town. It DOES unlatch easily to add more paperwork. I may not need the flat storage compartment at the top of the file...but there is room for a few pens or smaller paperwork.

This is a great medium sized tote! I have a larger and a smaller comparable tote but this one is the perfect in-between. I like the lid compartment for storing pens paperclips or whatever small Items I might need.

This frosted clear box holds at least 20 file folders and lots of manila files in an easy to view and organize fashion. Once filled it’s not too heavy to move around and it also has a convenient place to store pencils tapes etc. in the top of the folding handle area.
