File totes damaged

I received my file tote and the lid was cracked and missing plastic. Ordered 1 tote got 3. All were damaged.not sure if the extra totes justified the broken pieces, paid more than what product listed for.

Good size tote for storing folders and large envelopes. The latch is not as secure as my older totes. I feel that if it is overfilled, the latch will pop open when I pick it up. So far it has held, I just don't feel it is clamped as well as my old one.
