I needed a smaller file tote and found this one at Staples - my go-to place. This tote is great for the amount of files that need to be kept safe.

I am an area supervisor in my region so travel is part of the job. My trunk used to have boxes folders and binders holding all the paperwork and forms I work with that wasn’t working well. I purchased a 25 count box of Staples brand hanging folders in addition to the portable file tote. This portable tote is capable of holding 500+ papers it’s strong and the storage compartment on the top is useful for holding paper clips pens small notepad etc. It looks professional and modern; it’s compact design is exactly what I needed to feel up my trunk. I recommend this product for anyone on the go that needs to organize and maintain important docs.
