It holds file folders notebooks etc. inside and I use the top for my checkbook post-its and paperclips. I seem to have a hard time opening the handle for some reason and sometimes end up disassembling it by accident. Great for storing everything in one place and easy to transport.

The latch is a bit difficult to undo but not a deal breaker. It won’t become accidentally undone when carrying it that’s for sure. For occasional use it fits the bill.
