The file tote is great. Unfortunately my pickup order was split into two shipments which required two trips to Staples. My second trip to Staples required waiting about 20 minutes for someone to arrive at an unattended checkout counter.

We have multiple steel file cabinets in our house but we needed a small file holder for a specific limited requirement. This item permits the use of hanging folders is inexpensive and just large enough for our need. A 4-star instead of a 5 because it is only a week old and we don't know how long it will last.
