I've had older versions of this before. I need it for home paper storage. I can fit about 30-40 hanging file folders in it and about that many file folders so as not to weigh it down to much. I think the hinges need to be a little sturdier and this may not be viable for long term use. I use it for about 1-2 years and then swap out because the plastic wears down.

The Portable File Tote is excellent for storage of documents when you are on the go and need to access them quickly. The small storage compartments on the cover are excellent to store pens and USD drives with the scanned docs. It has been extremely handy now that telecommuting is the norm.
