As an accountant and part-time CFO I am called upon regularly to do a variety of "small engagements" which entail record-keeping forms documents receipts etc. I am a bit old-school and I like a place to keep paper records to supplement and back-up on-line documents and .pdf's . These kinds of file boxes with hanging folders and sometimes folders within are a great way to organize & compartmentalize records by client & engagement. It's off the floor everything is in one place and very portable in case one has to re-refer to the case or client This particular version is inexpensive easy to use and sturdy enough plus I like the little compartment on the top cover.

I really like my new file tote. I discovered that it has a little shelf on top to keep pens and small office supplies . I also didn’t realize that there is a small security circle for a small lock for traveling . Of course one must purchase their own lock.

Sturdy lightweight organized construction. Bought two as gifts for young adults used as gift bag and they were thrilled.

these boxes were just what I need to help organize my niece's files. She likes them because they are portable I liked them because they were light solid locking strong handles and a cool pencil box on top.

This is a nice size for those papers and forms that need to be organized and in reach. Would recommend this file holder.
