This file carrier is very cheaply made with a flimsy closing mechanism and easily broken plastic. In fact when I picked up one it had a large hole in side and when I went to replace it I looked carefully at replacements having to reject three of them because the clasps were missing. Do not purchase this.

These are nice to have. This one has a storage compartment in lid to hold pens sticky notes etc. in. They are good to have if you have a meeting somewhere need to manage moms papers etc.
