This is a great "mobile office". Use it to take transport various files to meeting etc. Good price for what it is. Handy storage area for pens markers paper clips etc. Now I have one rack for the 2 non-profits I volunteer with.

It is the right size for setting up a small business files and personal file and then storing them. I haven't had it long enough to really rate it. For now it does what it is design for. I have had some in the pass that the latch has broke after several months of use I'm giving it 3 star. Will come later to update.

the store salesman put a clasp off another tote it seemed to work but every time it is being used I have to take it completely off before I can actually open

This is about the 15th one of these I have purchased. Only 1 of them has disappointed either because I might have dropped it or someone tried to break into it at the hinge area while it was locked with a small padlock. Just had to throw it away but it definitely never arrived new like that. I used them every year to store my all info pertinent to that year’s taxes. Also use it for medical records and other records. Highly recommend.
