I am overall happy with the product but I have to note that the closure mechanism is plastic and doesn't always catch so you have to be extra alerted to it

I got this to carry my school files home for grading. I found that the latch does not securely stay in place unless begging toted. It is good to put files in for storage but not sturdy enough for the purpose I intended it to be.

I bought two file boxes online. Staples sent me defective items. One of the file box was missing a latch and a lid for the caddy in the cover. The hinge was broken on both boxes. I had to go to a store to exchange both items. This defeated the purpose of buying stuff online. Martha at ocean avenue store was extremely helpful. She verified that the store had the file boxes before I made the trip. She put two file boxes aside for me. All I had to do was tell an associate to do the exchange and those file boxes were fine. Now I know that I have to physically inspect the items before I buy anything else online from Staples.
