While trying to open the box for the first time the fastener came off in my hand. I would say this pretty much defines a terrible product.

I wanted this to be able to pack some files to take home to work with from time to time. When i try to lift it by the handle the clasp usually pops off as well as the handle. Sometimes the whole lid comes off.

Won’t support heavy weight files I thought it was done from a sturdier material but nice design overall satisfied .

this box was perfect for our need. Roomy enough for many files but does not take up a lot of room.

I love these file boxes. I wish they had a legal sized version. They used to have a better latch but it's still great.

What we like most about this item is that it is lockable. We needed a way to transport a small number of folders containing confidential information from one location to another and this item does the job perfectly!
