This wonderful little organizer is very handy when office file/cabinet space is not an option. It stores paper files or what ever you choose that can be transported (carry handle) wherever you may need to go with a handy little storage compartment for pens clips notepads flash-drives or other small necessities. If you are so lucky to get some hanging folders it's even better especially for privacy while transporting. I have 4 (Cub Scout files personal files my Dad's medical files and last one is holding mail that needs to be sorted. Simply Wonderful!

The latch to keep the lid closed is flimsy at best unless you use a lock to keep it secure. As I do not need this to be locked and constantly messing with a lock each time I want to access my files it is not what I was looking for. I will be returning this product and looking for one with a better latch.

The latch for the lid comes off and the lid (top) comes off. The lid latch is very hard to unlock or lock the lid. This unit is defective. I’m sure another unit will be good; but unfortunately the one I purchase is defective.
